This is the LRC (Pronounced LURK) Linux Remote Control. Some people will insist on calling it a TROJAN HORSE. But, I am not one of those people.
This is an ALPHA release, version 0.2. The original, 0.1, version - highly buggy - was made in June 2008. This rewrite took 2 days, and is much better. This came out on 27th May 2009. The day I finished programming it.
I would like to state my thanks to Vesela, a Bulgarian, whom visited me in the UK whilst she attended university here. We went to Starbucks, Tescos, and Primark together. We had a really nice time too! But, sadly, our work split us apart. We both did not have time for the friendship, and now we rarely speak to each other as we are both in different countries.
That said, I think I can speak for both of us when I say we will never forget the memoriable times we had together. Such as the time I accidently stomped on her foot in Boots - to when she said I punched her in Starbucks when I poked her arm! Haha. Good times.
I dedicated this LRC to her, back in 2008, and decided to re-release an updated version this week because of the spare time I had away from college.
I am currently on holiday from college for a week, because of Bank Holiday Monday, and decided to spend the time working on assignments for college. When I finished all my assignments, I worked on personal projects - such as the Clotty Browser(!), and Vesela LRC(!)
I hope she finds solice in the fact that people actually are googling her name, to find this LRC! I make you famous, baby! :') Haha.
I know she will never understand what this LRC does - because Vesela is not very computer literate - but I know she is out there...lurking...herself...x
